Golden Mile Business & DevelopERS FORUM

Intent: To create a powerful Vision Framework with a compelling Development Proposition for Golden Mile London; and then to inspire existing stakeholders, including  landowners and external investors, to align then act –helping guide delivery over time.

The Golden Mile Business & Developers Forum (GMBDF) first met in December 2024, supported and encouraged by London Borough of Hounslow.  Early wins of this collaborative platform include: supporting the GM100 centenary celebration, including a Royal visit; bringing Christmas Lights back to the Golden Mile; and commissioning Evolver LLP to support the private and public sectors develop a shared vision for the Golden Mile’s future. 

Under the leadership of Chair Rob Tincknell (Founder and CEO, Areli) the group is establishing in early 2026 a number of workstreams including: vision delivery; West London Orbital advocacy; community investment; and energy.   In 2026 the real estate community will be able to find out more about the Golden Mile London opportunity at MIPIM, UKREiIF and LREF.
