Hadley Property Group’s will transform the former GSK headquarters into a new mixed-use neighbourhood at the gateway to West London, securing planning consent from London Borough of Hounslow in early March 2026. Located at a prominent junction along the Great West Road corridor, the reimagined 13-acre site will deliver a high provision of new and affordable homes, a diverse range of commercial spaces, and community uses for the benefit of residents and local people.
The project will open access to Boston Manor Park and the River Brent, reconnecting the site with its natural surroundings and creating new walking and cycling routes.
