Kew Bridge Rise is a major new residential development on Golden Mile London, strategically positioned just minutes on foot from Kew Bridge Station and close to both riverside green spaces and transport links across London. It forms part of the broader regeneration of the area around Capital Interchange Way, on the site of the former Citroën garage.

Developed as a collaboration between award-winning housebuilder The Hill Group and housing association L&Q, the scheme has around 441 high-quality new homes across five buildings of up to 18 storeys. About half of these homes are designated as affordable or shared ownership, with the remainder available for private sale, reflecting the partners’ aim to support inclusive living in the neighbourhood.
The homes at Kew Bridge Rise include modern one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments designed for contemporary urban living, often with private outdoor space, rooftop views and amenities such as residents’ gyms, landscaped podium gardens, co-working spaces, concierge services and a nursery.
The scheme features air-source heat pumps, solar panels, biodiversity-friendly landscaping and strong pedestrian and cycling access throughout the site.
